Elders' Celebration + KJ Martu Cup

Martu from Jigalong, Parnngurr, Punmu, Kunawarritji, and Newman communities came together to celebrate their remarkable Elders and participate in the KJ Martu Cup. The event was full of traditional activities, friendly competitions, and laughter, showcasing Martu's culture and community spirit. Parnngurr emerged victorious, securing the trophy, followed by Punmu in second place and Jigalong in third.

We'd like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Elder Muuki Taylor for receiving the prestigious Order of Australia Medal. It's a well-deserved recognition of his lifelong commitment to the Martu community and KJ.
